Questions people ask

Can I convert multiple invoices into one Excel spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload a batch of invoices and each one is processed independently before its details are added to one searchable table. Export invoice-level information as one sheet and individual line items as another.

What gets extracted from each invoice?

Supplier name, invoice number, invoice date, subtotal, VAT and total, plus a description, quantity, unit price and total for each purchased line item. Values that cannot be read are flagged for you to check or fill in.

Do I need to already use accounting software?

No. Invoices to Spreadsheets turns invoice files into data you can check and download as Excel or CSV. You or your accountant decide how to use those figures.

Which file types are accepted?

PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF, TIFF, BMP, Word and Excel files, plus emails with an invoice attached — up to 50 MB per file, and up to 20 pages for a PDF.

Is there a free way to try it first?

Yes — convert one invoice at /tools/invoice-to-excel with no account needed, before deciding whether to upload a whole folder.
