Can I upload lots of invoices at once instead of one at a time?
Yes. Select every file at once or drag a whole folder in. Each document processes independently, so you can review the ones that finish while the rest are still being read. A problem with one file does not stop the others.
What do I get back from a batch?
One table with a row per invoice — supplier, invoice number, dates, VAT and totals — and a linked table with a row per purchased line item. Export both to one Excel workbook, or download CSV.
Do I have to check every invoice manually afterwards?
Missing values and figures that do not add up are flagged for review, so you can focus on the invoices that need a second look instead of retyping everything.
Is there a limit on how many files I can upload at once?
No fixed number on the batch itself — select as many files as your browser lets you pick. Each individual file can be up to 50 MB, and a PDF up to 20 pages.
Does a big batch mean waiting for all of it to finish before I can start checking any of it?
No. Results appear as each document finishes, not all at once at the end, so you can start reviewing and correcting the first invoices while the rest of the batch is still being read.
